Landscaping Warranty All materials and workmanship are guaranteed 12 months from installation, excluding sod, annuals, groundcovers and discoloration of concrete based materials. Southview Design is not responsible for items damaged by animals or improper care.

Irrigation Warranty All materials are guaranteed 2 years from installation, and workmanship is guaranteed 12 months from installation, contingent upon proper system winterization, start up and maintenance.

Brick Paving Warranty All materials and workmanship are guaranteed 36 months from installation, excluding discoloration of concrete products. Southview Design is not responsible for items damaged by animals or improper care.
