• I began working in the landscape industry in 1997 and have been with the design team at Southview Design since 2002.
• Graduated with a degree in Landscape Horticulture and Landscape Design. My experience in working in all areas of the landscape industry allows me to organize the design build experience for my clients which helps create a stress free construction experience.
• Many of my projects have been showcased in magazines such as Spaces Magazine, Luxury Home & Renovation, & Midwest Home & Garden.
• Recently, I was selected by the MNLA for a Merit Award on a restoration on the Historic Reflections project in St Paul. This project is an example on how I have mastered at orchestrating complex projects involving multiple subcontractors and crews.
• Many of my projects are focused on building the outdoor living room that include pools, kitchens, fireplaces, and patios that can be used as extension to current homes.
• My free time is spent with my family at the cabin in Northern Minnesota.
• My wife Melanie & I live in Inver Grove Heights and are kept busy with our 2 year old son Kelan.

Tim has a degree in Landscape Horticulture and Design and has worked in the Landscape Industry since 1997. He works directly with his own field supervisors and Southview Design's in-house landscaping crews. An expert in backyard swimming pool installations, Tim is a master at orchestrating complex projects involving multiple subcontractors and crews.
