Megan Knowles serves as Human Resources Assistant at Southview Design and brings a people-first approach to supporting employees across the organization. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Bemidji State University and recently relocated to the Twin Cities.
Megan enjoys building relationships, helping team members succeed, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. Her enthusiasm, organization, and passion for connecting with people make her a valued part of the Southview team.
Outside of work, Megan teaches Zumba classes and enjoys exploring new cities and restaurants with her husband.
