Blair Horan joins Southview Design as Maintenance Operations Manager, bringing more than 10 years of experience in maintenance operations, landscaping, and snow management. He is a May 2026 graduate of the University of St. Thomas, where he earned his degree in Entrepreneurship.
Blair’s passion for the outdoors took root early: he started his first business, The Yard Boys, at age 11, biking around his neighborhood offering mowing and brush removal services. Growing up on five acres in California, he spent countless hours working the land alongside his dad and has been hooked on the industry ever since.
Originally from El Dorado Hills, California, Blair moved to Minnesota to attend the University of St. Thomas and has called the state home for four years. He brings the same entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on work ethic to Southview that built his very first business, and looks forward to supporting multiple divisions across the team.
