Chris Petree brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in public works and operations, having served as a public works director in multiple Minnesota communities before joining Southview Design as Vice President of Operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from The College of St. Scholastica.
Chris is passionate about operational excellence, strategic problem-solving, and building systems that help both people and projects succeed. He values creating positive outcomes for clients and team members alike and believes meaningful impact comes from supporting others, improving processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with family and staying involved in his community.
