Jose Chavez has been part of the landscape industry since 2018, beginning his career as a snow equipment operator before advancing into an operations leadership role. He is passionate about supporting field teams and helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Southview’s high standards.
Jose believes that hard work, consistency, and setting clear goals each day are the foundation for success. He enjoys staying hands-on in his role, working outdoors, and finding practical solutions that help both his team and clients succeed.
Outside of work, Jose enjoys working on cars and computers, hiking, and spending time outdoors.
