Matt Heikes brings more than 35 years of experience in the snow and ice management industry, beginning his career servicing commercial accounts while still in high school. His decades of hands-on experience have given him extensive equipment knowledge and a deep understanding of what it takes to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
As Snow Operations and Project Manager, Matt is committed to delivering reliable service and consistent results for clients throughout the winter season. Raised on a farm in Minnesota, he brings a strong work ethic, practical problem-solving skills, and a dedication to doing the job right.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys camping, woodworking, and spending time with his family.
