Paula Aakhus has been active in the landscape industry since 2005 and serves as Process Manager at Southview Design. She is passionate about supporting both people and processes, helping create efficient systems that enable teams to deliver exceptional work.
Paula focuses on safety, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement while serving as a trusted resource for employees across the organization. She enjoys finding practical solutions that strengthen teamwork and contribute to the company’s long-term success.
Outside of work, Paula enjoys horseback riding, hiking, gardening, and spending time with her dogs.
