This award-winning project transformed the iconic KARE 11 backyard studio space into a sophisticated, Northwoods-inspired outdoor environment. In partnership with the Builders Association of the Twin Cities BATC), the design was engineered to balance high-traffic functionality with broadcast-ready aesthetics. The space features permeable pavers, multiple distinct living areas, and a custom pergola with a fireplace, ensuring the environment is both practical for daily use and visually appealing on-air. Ongoing maintenance by Southview Design ensures the space remains vibrant and healthy, upholding its national recognition for excellence in landscape management.
