This project converted an underutilized backyard into a structured outdoor living space centered on a covered pergola and built-in fireplace. Southview Design engineered a multi-zone stone patio to accommodate both dining and lounging, using layered plantings to define the space and add privacy. By integrating high-end masonry with custom overhead structures, the build provides a permanent, functional extension of the home’s living area.
