This North Oaks project transformed a backyard with complex septic and utility constraints into a relaxed, cabin-inspired retreat. The design strategically maximized usable space by incorporating a bluestone patio and walkway alongside a low-maintenance deck featuring a fire table and hot tub. To respect the property’s infrastructure, a custom pergola was engineered to complement the home while remaining entirely structurally independent. Cozy lighting and lush surrounding gardens complete the environment, creating a seamless, cohesive flow between the home’s interior and the new outdoor living areas.
