Her approach blends client vision with layers of culture, history, and material selection to create spaces that feel both intentional and enduring. Her work has earned multiple MNLA design awards and has been featured in regional publications including Midwest Home, Mpls.St.Paul Magazine, and Luxury Home & Renovation. She is especially motivated by seeing thoughtfully designed spaces built with a high level of craftsmanship and long-term quality.

She earned a B.S. in Horticulture, Landscape Design, and Management from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls and has worked in the industry since 2012. She is a MNLA Certified Landscape Professional and Certified Professional Horticulturist.

She is particularly drawn to the intersection of science and design—balancing elements like soil, light, water, and plant selection with the unique needs of each client. Angela has a strong interest in sustainable landscapes, green roofs, and strengthening the human connection to the natural environment.

He is passionate about collaborating with crews, working outdoors, and creating spaces that enhance how people gather and live. Jeff enjoys spending time on the water, following hockey, and being outdoors with his family.

He is an award-winning designer and became a partner in the company in 2012.

He enjoys creating outdoor living environments that bring families together and reflect how clients truly use their space. Josh combines hands-on installation experience with design expertise. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, camping, golfing, and speaking to industry groups.

His work has received multiple industry awards, and he was Oregon’s first carbon-neutral landscape contractor. Mack brings both technical expertise and creative vision to his work. Outside of work, he enjoys trail running, mountain biking, and time with his family.

His well-rounded background allows him to create functional, sustainable designs that consider every phase of a project. Outside of work, Matt enjoys sailing, skiing, mountain biking, and spending time outdoors.

His installation background and attention to detail help create a seamless client experience from start to finish. His work has been recognized through industry awards and publications.

He brings a passion for excellence and integrity to every project. Mike enjoys spending time outdoors and has a wide range of hobbies, including gardening, woodworking, and home-brewing.

He earned a degree in Landscape Design from Hennepin Technical College.

After beginning his career at Southview Design, he expanded his experience with other firms across the Twin Cities before returning to the team. His work often incorporates native plantings and climate-appropriate design, with a focus on creating functional, resilient outdoor spaces.

He brings a thoughtful, environmentally conscious approach to his work.

He enjoys applying both design theory and hands-on creativity to help clients better connect with their outdoor spaces. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, exploring new restaurants, and spending time outdoors.

She holds degrees in Biology and Landscape Horticulture and applies a “right plant, right place” philosophy to every project. Laura enjoys visiting public gardens while traveling and spending time outdoors with her family.

He enjoys the balance of working both in the field and in the office. Outside of work, Nick enjoys wakeboarding, fishing, video games, and spending time at the cabin.

He is currently an M.B.A. candidate through the University of Wisconsin Consortium. Adam began his career as a greenhouse technician and has always been drawn to the connection between people and the outdoors. He is passionate about creating green spaces that bring a sense of calm and enjoyment to everyday life.

Originally from Poland and fluent in both English and Polish, Adam has lived in Minnesota for nearly 20 years and proudly considers himself a hardworking Minnesotan. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, gardening, and spending time with his fiancée, Lex, their dachshund, Cannoli, and their cat, Miyuki.

Her experience includes design-build, operational processes, and long-term landscape care.

She began her career in graphic design before returning to school to combine her creative background with horticulture, earning associate degrees in both Graphic Design and Landscape Design Technology. Casey brings both creativity and structure to her work and is passionate about creating outdoor environments that enhance everyday life.

He enjoys the collaborative nature of design and the satisfaction of seeing a project evolve from concept to completion. Joe values making a positive impact through both his work and everyday interactions.

She enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in helping landscapes thrive through proper care and attention. Juliana holds Smart Salter, Pesticide Applicator, and CPR certifications. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, hiking, and traveling with her husband.

She is an ISA Certified Arborist and a Certified Pesticide Applicator, bringing specialized expertise in plant health and environmental systems.

He attended school in Mexico and has lived in Minnesota for more than two decades. Known for his positive outlook and consistency, Arnulfo approaches each day with the belief that a strong attitude drives strong results. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his family.
